Return Policy for Perfumes

1. General Information

We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your perfume, we offer returns under certain conditions.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging, with the cellophane or seal intact.
  • Returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

3. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Perfumes without original packaging.
  • Clearance items or gift cards.

 

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at aeribeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

 

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at aeribeauty@gmail.com.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
